Technical Product Manager - Payments

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Summary - Align technology with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Vision: Set product direction, understand market gaps, and align with business goals. Lead requirements gathering and technical documentation. - Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization. - Technical Expertise: Coordinate integrations with switches, processors, KYC and credit systems. - Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, and compliance. - Execution & Launch: Drive product development, manage releases, and ensure successful product launches - UAT, QA, API testing, and release management. - Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities. - Risk & Compliance: Navigate fast-evolving financial regulations and security needs – (CBN, NDPR, PCI-DSS, AML/CFT) ensuring product integrity. Competencies: - Product management, API knowledge, UX, analytics, agile delivery - Degree in Engineering/IT. Product management certification preferred.
