Technical Operator at Resource Intermediaries Limited

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary - The Technical Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving production machinery within the oral care manufacturing line. T - he ideal candidate must demonstrate sound mechanical aptitude, technical precision, and strong adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement in plant performance. Key Responsibilities - Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe performance. - Conduct basic repairs, mechanical adjustments, and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. - Perform product quality checks and report deviations or faults promptly. - Support equipment changeovers, lubrication, and cleaning in line with operational standards. - Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Requirements - OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG or oral care). - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of production processes, pneumatics, and machine operations. - Willingness to work shifts and adapt to factory production schedules.
