## Title: Technical Manager – Equipment Maintenance
Position Overview
An established company is recruiting for a Technical Manager to oversee equipment maintenance operations and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Location
Mowe, Ogun, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of equipment maintenance requirements
- Coordinate and understand design requirements of all equipment
- Ensure compliance with proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules set by management and OEM
- Manage main and auxiliary equipment maintenance operations
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with management and OEM guidelines
- Maintain adherence to maintenance budget allocations
- Report and document maintenance-related issues and resolutions
Key Requirements
- B.Eng Degree or HND qualification
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dynamic, goal-oriented professional with strong problem-solving capabilities
Compensation
N700,000 – N900,000 per month (Gross Salary)
