## Title: Technical Engineer - Abuja

About the Role

We are looking for a vibrant, confident, and highly engaging Technical Engineer to support solution demonstrations, reseller enablement, and client relationship activities across Abuja and the Northern region. This role combines technical product knowledge, field support, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is lively, social, collaborative, and enjoys meeting people, learning continuously, and making a strong impact.

This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth. You will report to the Regional Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person product demos and solution presentations to clients, prospects, and resellers
  • Support the Northern Territory Lead by co-presenting, learning, and eventually leading demos independently
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, resellers, and partners
  • Plan field visits effectively using navigation and logistics tools
  • Organize, book, and confirm demo slots, meetings, and technical sessions
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, workshops, and speak confidently about company solutions
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, proposals, and bids
  • Assist resellers (especially new ones) to ensure correct product positioning and delivery
  • Conduct site visits and needs assessments for solution requirement gathering and documentation
  • Proactively seek clarification and guidance when needed through strong team collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills — confident, articulate, and engaging
  • Social and approachable personality with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and answering technical questions
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic reporting tools
  • Travel experience and willingness to travel frequently for work
  • Ability to assess client environments and identify solution requirements
