Technical Auditing Engineer III

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - We are seeking an experienced Technical Auditing Engineer to independently audit offshore seismic acquisition systems prior to field operations. This is a stand-alone technical audit role, not part of the QC team. Key Responsibilities: - Audit vendors’ source, sensors, positioning, and recording systems for compliance with manufacturer specs, contract requirements, and industry standards - Coordinate equipment testing and verify readiness for operations - Report technical, operational, and SSHE concerns - Confirm crew and equipment readiness before field commencement Requirements: - Strong experience in geophysical equipment technical auditing - Advanced knowledge of data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and positioning - Solid understanding of SSHE practices in offshore operations - Excellent communication skills and high integrity - Valid certifications for the full project duration
