Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. - MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is highly desirable. - Minimum of 7—10 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, or consulting. - Experience in a holding company, insurance, or financial services environment is preferred. - Strong understanding of financial statements, business modeling, and strategic planning. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
