## Title: Tech Support Associate

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Tech Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate ticket uploads and real-time updates
  • Oversee accreditation systems, generating passes, managing access levels, and updating attendee databases
  • Handle website content updates including event details, schedules, and media uploads
  • Collaborate with creative, events, and communications teams to ensure all digital information aligns with event timelines
  • Monitor data accuracy across all tech platforms and troubleshoot technical or user errors
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in entertainment or event operations
  • Familiarity with ticketing and event management platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
