About the Role

We are seeking a Tax & Audit Manager to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for managing the organization's tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting in alignment with local and international standards. You will ensure all statutory obligations are met accurately and timely while strengthening internal control systems and supporting management with insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and regulatory reporting in accordance with local and international standards
• Oversee audit processes and ensure statutory obligations are met accurately and on time
• Strengthen and maintain internal control systems
• Provide management with insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in a Technical Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Strategy Support role within a technology or consulting firm
• Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing finance
• Demonstrated expertise in taxation, internal audits, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
