Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Administration: Create and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, security policies, firewalls, and VPN configurations on cloud-based networks
• System Monitoring: Install, configure, and monitor PTRG sensors and continuously maintain systems and networks
• Security Management: Install, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirus across the organization
• Hardware & Software Setup: Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, SharePoint administration, and email server operations
• Windows Server Management: Administer Windows Server 2019 environments
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on IP PBX/IP phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Operating Systems knowledge: Experience with Windows or other server-side operating systems
• Database Administration: Basic database tools knowledge and connection navigation
• Strong documentation and network traffic monitoring abilities
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing server event logs
