## Title: Surprise Manager
About the Role
Resource Intermediaries Limited is seeking a qualified Surprise Manager to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for planning and executing memorable surprise experiences while managing client relationships, coordinating logistics, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of surprise experiences including birthday surprises, marriage proposals, anniversaries, and special dinner dates
- Coordinate all logistics, timelines, and vendor management to ensure seamless and memorable events
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for each surprise
- Manage client communication throughout the process, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Source and coordinate suppliers, arrange deliveries, and manage inventory of gift items
- Oversee physical setup and decoration of venues
- Lead and supervise a team including gift shop assistants, event staff, and delivery personnel
- Create schedules, assign tasks, provide guidance, and train new employees
- Ensure all aspects of surprises meet quality standards, from gift presentation to event execution
- Monitor budgets and manage costs
- Assist with marketing initiatives and track performance metrics
- Prepare reports for senior management
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc qualification
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
