Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management across its operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. - Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for all outlets and production units. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. - Monitor stock levels, avoid stock-outs and wastage across outlets. - Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits. - Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Finance teams to align supply planning with business demand. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers. - Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. - Prepare and submit supply chain reports (usage, variances, cost analysis). - Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements within the supply chain. Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics. - Must have prior experience in QSR, Food Business. - Strong understanding of food supply chains, inventory management, and vendor negotiation. - Experience managing supplies for multiple outlets or high-volume operations. - Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
