## Title: Shift Supervisor – Operations & IT-POS Support
Department & Reporting
Department: Operations / Technical
Reports To: Store Manager
Job Summary
The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise floor staff and monitor performance
- Resolve customer issues and support daily operations
- Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups
- Maintain order and cleanliness across departments
- Prepare shift reports and update management
Requirements
- ND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years' supervisory or retail experience
- Good leadership and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
