Supervisor – Packing & Dispatch

Position Overview

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a qualified Supervisor – Packing & Dispatch to oversee daily packing and dispatch operations. The successful candidate will ensure products are properly packed, accurately documented, and dispatched on time. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise a team to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packing and dispatch activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure products are packed according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation
• Assign duties and supervise packing and dispatch staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare daily reports on dispatch activities and stock movement
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to packing and dispatch operations
• Proven supervisory experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory records)
