About the Role

Balosh Integrated Services Limited is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily parking operations and ensure efficiency across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure efficiency and smooth traffic flow within the facility
• Ensure all parking equipment, including ticket dispensers, payment machines, and barriers, is functioning properly
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to maintain operational efficiency
• Monitor the facility's revenue collection processes, ensuring accuracy in ticketing and payment systems
• Assist in financial reconciliation to ensure all daily revenue is properly accounted for and recorded
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Onboard new employees
• Manage allocated float

Required Qualifications

• Minimum OND in Technical or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team and provide clear direction to staff
• Proximity to Ikeja, Bonny Camp and surrounding areas is a plus
