In this role, you won't just be writing reports; you will be the bridge between executive ambition and operational execution. You will analyze markets, identify competitive threats, and lead high-stakes initiatives that define our trajectory in the Dairy sector.

Your Core Mission

As Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with our long-term goals. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of deep-dive market analysis, internal performance auditing, and cross-functional leadership to ensure we remain agile and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the executive team to design and implement 3-to-5-year strategic roadmaps
• Market Intelligence: Serve as the internal expert on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market opportunities
• Performance Optimization: Analyze internal data to identify operational gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve effectiveness
• Initiative Leadership: Take full ownership of strategic projects, managing everything from risk assessment and timelines to stakeholder buy-in
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a strategic consultant to Department Heads (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to ensure departmental goals align with the corporate vision

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar high-growth business environment
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA highly preferred
• Analytical Skillset: Mastery of strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces) and advanced financial modelling skills
• Communication Mastery: The ability to distil complex data into a compelling narrative for C-suite audiences
• Executive presence and the ability to drive organizational change
