This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Strategy Analyst will support executive leadership in driving data-driven decision-making across the Group's diverse portfolio, including engineering, FMCG, financial services, and hospitality.
The role focuses on strategic analysis, business performance evaluation, market intelligence, and execution support, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external data to support corporate and business-unit strategy development, including conducting market, financial, and operational analyses to identify growth opportunities, cost-optimization initiatives, and performance gaps across subsidiaries
- Prepare strategy briefs, business cases, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior management and the board
- Support strategic planning cycles, performance reviews, and investment evaluations while tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives across business units
- Work closely with operations, finance, project teams, and external consultants to support the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and outcomes are monitored effectively
Project & Programme Support
Experience in project or programme management is an added advantage. The candidate may support group-wide strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting post-implementation reviews to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
