Job Summary

The Strategic Communication Specialist will develop and implement high-impact communication strategies to support donor-funded programmes and cross-sector initiatives. The role will focus on shaping narratives that influence policy, shift institutional culture, and engage diverse stakeholders through evidence-based and human-centered communication approaches.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, International Development, or a related field
• Master's degree (preferred)

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience in communications
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic communication campaigns
• Strong skills in media engagement, digital marketing, and content creation
• Demonstrated capacity to work with complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with monitoring communication outcomes and analytics tools
