Strategic Account Manager - Public Sector at Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Public and Professional Services Sales Unit. This role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with Federal Medical Centers (FMCs), Government Hospitals, and the Ministry of Health.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare with experience in the public health sector, particularly in the sales of pharmaceuticals, healthcare solutions, or medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of medical equipment, diagnostics, consumables, and turnkey healthcare solutions to FMCs, state hospitals, and health ministries
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers such as CMOs, procurement heads, and public health officials
• Actively identify and convert new business opportunities within public healthcare institutions
• Lead or participate in tender submissions, ensuring compliance with government procurement processes
• Monitor government budgets and procurement trends to align offerings with public sector priorities
• Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and public health goals
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Provide timely reports on pipeline status, deal progression, and market insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with or selling to the public health sector
• Proven track record in sales of medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes, compliance, and documentation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to build trust-based relationships
