A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. - Medcourt Support Services is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team. This is a managerial role focused on driving growth through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at public institutions and professional service organizations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Manage, mentor, and supervise team members within the sub-unit - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction - Track sales progress and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager and Management Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or account management (preferably in the healthcare or professional services industry) - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to work independently and within a team - Strategic thinking and performance-driven mindset Check how your CV aligns with this job
