Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Description - We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. - The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely allocation of materials to the production team, and maintaining accurate stock records. - The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be willing to learn inventory management software. Key Responsibilities - Willingness to learn and operate Erp systems. - Keep accurate records of all raw materials, tools, and finished products in the store. - Ensure timely distribution of materialsand other production materials to the manufacturing team - Keep the storage area clean, well-arranged, and properly labeled - Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes - Prevent theft and misappropriation of store items by implementing proper security measures - Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. - Strong Leadership skills- Supervise and manage assistant storekeepers. Minimum Requirements - Minimum 2-3 inventory experience in storekeeping or inventory control. - EXperience in manufacturing or furniture environment is preferred. - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. - Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). - Ability to track stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate reorders. - Physical fitness to handle materials and inventory when needed. - Strong attention to details - Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
