Store Keeper at The Label Store

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and record all goods and supplies delivered to the store. - Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing stock. - Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of goods to facilitate easy identification and access. - Conduct daily and periodic stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records. - Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager promptly. - Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team when reordering is necessary. - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store. Requirements - Minimum of OND or HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years relevant work experience in storekeeping or inventory management. - Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or Warehouse Assistant in a supermarket, retail, or FMCG environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. - Good understanding of stock control procedures, goods receipt, and issuance processes. - High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
