Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the warehouse's overall operation
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials in accordance with company rules and regulations
• Reconcile materials with purchase orders and report damages and discrepancies on orders received
• Follow up on proper storage of materials in the store
• Issue and receive goods per approved documents
• Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
• Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus property
• Perform other related duties as assigned
