Staff Nurse / Midwife (RN, RM) at TOKI Medical Centre

About the Role

TOKI Medical Centre in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse / Midwife to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide compassionate, professional patient care in a dynamic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
• Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with procedures and treatments, and advocate for patients' needs and preferences
• Document patient care activities, nursing assessments, and interventions accurately and timely in medical records and nursing documentation systems
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) and RM (Registered Midwife) qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
