About the Role

We are seeking energetic young people interested in in-home speech therapy to join our training program. No Master's degree required.

Program Overview

This is a practical, 3-year training program that culminates in a diploma. You will handle real cases under supervision, receive comprehensive instruction, training, and access to therapy resources.

Compensation

• N45,000 per case completed
• No training fees required
• Possible transport stipend during initial shadowing period

Program Structure

• First month: Shadowing period with an experienced therapist (unpaid, but may receive transport stipend)
• Subsequent months: Hands-on case management with payment per completed case
• Full contract with the company required

Key Requirements

• Fluent English speaker
• Excellent rapport with children of all temperaments
• Teachable attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior Master's degree necessary
