Sonographer at Cypresshill Hospital

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - Setting up and maintaining ultrasound equipment - Apply Ultrasound scanning knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of hospital patients / clients without any form of sentiment or bias. - Performing ultrasound examinations on patients - Producing images resulting from the ultrasound examinations - Interpreting ultrasound images to aid patient diagnosis - Addressing patients’ concerns before, during and after ultrasound examinations - Keeping up to date records of scans performed and images produced - Referring patients to other healthcare professionals , when necessary - Soothing and reassuring nervous or anxious patients - Provide health education and supports to patients and their relatives in a detailed manner.
