Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable technology solutions that align with our clients' business goals across multiple domains — including fintech, automation, and digital transformation.

You'll play a key role in bridging business objectives with technical execution, ensuring every solution we deliver is robust, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for internal and client projects
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical blueprints and implementation plans
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks that support scalability, performance, and reliability
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and integration strategies to meet project needs and business objectives
• Oversee solution implementation, guiding development teams on best practices, technical decisions, and quality assurance
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection standards
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience in software engineering, system architecture, or solution design — preferably in a consulting, fintech, or enterprise technology environment
• Proven experience architecting complex web, mobile, or enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps pipelines
• Proficiency with API design, microservices, databases, and integration frameworks
• Experience with modern development stacks (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
