Solar Engineer / Technician at Cola Solar Energy Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join Cola Solar Energy Limited as a Solar Engineer/Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse solar energy projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, payments, and refunds efficiently
• Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Reconcile cash, POS records, and daily sales reports at closing
• Maintain proper documentation for all cash inflows and outflows
• Support sales team with product information, pricing, and availability
• Handle customer inquiries courteously and escalate issues when needed
• Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and adequately stocked with necessary materials
• Follow all company procedures, financial controls, and audit standards
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues immediately
• Assist with administrative tasks when required

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business, or related field
• At least 1–2 years' experience in a cashier or financial support role
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, MS Office)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory or retail operations
• Familiarity with accounting and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks)
