Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement high-quality solar PV systems
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Create technical drawings and documentation
• Oversee installations, testing, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Support the sales team with technical expertise
• Monitor system performance and conduct maintenance
• Train clients and mentor junior team members
• Stay current with the latest solar technologies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven solar engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field
• Strong knowledge of solar PV design, installation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design tools
• Solid electrical engineering background
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria
