## Title: Software/Web Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software/Web Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced web-based education and learning applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, user-friendly, and data-driven systems that enhance digital learning experiences, support student engagement, and integrate seamlessly with our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

System Development & Integration

  • Design and develop robust web applications and digital learning tools for our education ecosystem
  • Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and interactive interfaces to support personalized and dynamic user experiences
  • Ensure the platform supports multilingual and multimedia functionalities
  • Implement secure authentication, data storage, and access management systems

Technology Enhancement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve automation, user engagement, and analytics features
  • Develop systems that can integrate with third-party platforms, including learning management systems and content delivery networks
  • Continuously optimize system performance for scalability, reliability, and speed

Maintenance & Support

  • Monitor system operations and resolve bugs or performance issues
  • Implement updates, patches, and feature improvements as required
  • Provide technical documentation and version control for all software releases

Collaboration & Research

  • Work closely with instructional designers, academic teams, and innovation partners
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies in web development, data science, and digital education
  • Participate in strategy sessions to propose innovative solutions that improve digital learning delivery

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
