## Title: Software Products & Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

LifeBank seeks an experienced Software Products Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to guarantee that all software releases meet or exceed company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Lead and manage the software QA team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Mentor and train QA team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and implement software testing strategies, plans, and suites to ensure thorough coverage of functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and processes for product development, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and performance indicators

Testing and Automation

  • Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
  • Analyze quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, driving improvements where necessary

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with development, product, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall software quality to stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of quality across the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
