We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Overview
  • Our client is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who understands premium branding and can position their brand as a top-tier authority in interior décor and architectural finishes. The role goes beyond posting content. You will be responsible for brand storytelling, visual excellence, audience growth, lead generation, and social media strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Positioning & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a premium social media strategy aligned with our brand identity.
  • Ensure all content reflects luxury, professionalism, and European-quality standards.
  • Position the brand as a trusted expert in wallpapers, moldings, and interior finishes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (tone, visuals, messaging).
Content Creation & Visual Design
  • Design high-quality graphics (posts, stories, carousels, ads) using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
  • Create visually compelling content that appeals to:
  • Interior designers
  • Architects
  • Real estate developers
  • Hotels & luxury homeowners
  • Translate technical products (wallpapers, moldings) into aspirational, easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Work with photos and videos from projects, showrooms, installations, and suppliers.
  • Oversee basic video editing for Reels, short videos, and story content.
Social Media Management
  • Manage daily operations of platforms such as:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Plan and schedule content using content calendars.
  • Write high-quality captions that communicate value, expertise, and premium appeal.
  • Use relevant hashtags and platform best practices to increase reach.
Marketing & Growth
  • Understand and apply social media marketing principles (organic + paid).
  • Support lead generation through content, DMs, and campaigns.
  • Assist in running and optimizing paid social media ads (especially Instagram & Facebook).
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy.
  • Grow an engaged, high-quality audience—not just followers.
Community & Client Engagement
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Engage with interior designers, architects, developers, and industry pages.
  • Build relationships with influencers, designers, and industry partners where relevant.
