## Title: Social Media Manager
About the Role
We are currently looking for a competent and hardworking Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms and support our expanding dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting for social media initiatives
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage content across all social media platforms
- Build brand awareness and develop online reputation
- Optimize for search engines (SEO) and generate inbound traffic
- Cultivate leads and drive sales
- Monitor and manage brand reputation
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outreach
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements
Required Qualifications
- SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive experience in customer care
- Computer literacy
