## Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are currently looking for a competent and hardworking Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms and support our expanding dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting for social media initiatives
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage content across all social media platforms
  • Build brand awareness and develop online reputation
  • Optimize for search engines (SEO) and generate inbound traffic
  • Cultivate leads and drive sales
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outreach
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements

Required Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience in customer care
  • Computer literacy
