## Title: Social Media Manager & Personal Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a competent and hardworking Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant to manage all our social media platforms and support operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategy, planning, and goal setting
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Create and manage content across all social media platforms
- Build brand awareness and develop online reputation
- Implement SEO and search engine optimization strategies to generate inbound traffic
- Cultivate leads and support sales initiatives
- Monitor and manage online reputation
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers
Required Qualifications
- SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in customer care
- Computer literacy
