## Title: Social Media Manager & Personal Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a competent and hardworking Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant to manage all our social media platforms and support operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategy, planning, and goal setting
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Create and manage content across all social media platforms
  • Build brand awareness and develop online reputation
  • Implement SEO and search engine optimization strategies to generate inbound traffic
  • Cultivate leads and support sales initiatives
  • Monitor and manage online reputation
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers

Required Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in customer care
  • Computer literacy
