About This Role

We're looking for a social media-savvy storyteller who knows how to turn visuals into compelling moments. You'll be responsible for building and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms while creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Manage Cradle Lights' social media handles and grow authentic followership and engagement
• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with studio activities and campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends to create content that drives visibility
• Write creative and compelling captions and posts that reflect our brand voice
• Collaborate with the studio team to plan behind-the-scenes content, mini-adverts, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to track and improve reach and engagement

Core Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media pages with organic growth to at least 5,000+ followers
• Strong skills in short-form video creation (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom
• Solid grasp of social media trends and analytics
• Excellent storytelling, creative, and copywriting skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently
• Photography or videography experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Degree or diploma certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
