About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of Winnys Meals across our Eatery, Club, and Lounge divisions. The role is responsible for creating engaging content, building brand visibility, managing online communities, and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's vision
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and trendy content including photos, videos, reels, and stories
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and others)
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with customers across social channels
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, customer feedback, and public mentions
• Stay updated on trends in hospitality, food, lifestyle, and entertainment marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator in the hospitality industry
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Creativity, fashion sense, and trend awareness aligned with the Eatery, Club, and Lounge lifestyle
