Job Summary
Majeurs is expanding rapidly across furniture manufacturing, training, media, and technology. We are seeking a world-class Social Media Manager who understands social media as a real-time communication engine, not simply a posting platform.
You will manage our thriving community, execute a dynamic social calendar, and ensure our digital voice stays sharp, intentional, and compelling. In this role, you will work closely with our Brand Strategist, Creative Director, photographers, videographers, digital marketers, and design team to bring our content to life and drive conversation, trust, and growth.
Your Mission
- Own Majeurs' social media presence end-to-end
- Drive engagement, strengthen community trust, and ensure every piece of content performs
- Be the pulse of the Majeurs digital community
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment while taking full responsibility for social performance
Daily Social Media Execution
- Post content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ensure accuracy in formatting, hashtags, captions, tags, and SEO keywords
- Make micro-edits to videos, images, and designs using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and basic Adobe software
- Maintain a clean, aesthetically consistent feed across all brand channels
Community Management
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, inquiries, and tags
- Proactively engage with followers, designers, suppliers, creators, architects, and partners
- Initiate meaningful conversations to build relationships
- Manage direct messages with a customer success mindset
- Convert social leads into warm leads for the sales team
Calendar, Planning & Coordination
- Execute weekly content planning and scheduling
- Coordinate with creative and design teams on content production
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize accordingly
Content Creation Support
You will not be asked to create high-production content. However, you must be able to make quick edits, fix errors fast, adjust captions, reformat visuals, trim videos, and optimize content with ease.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media for growing brands
- Proficiency with basic design and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
