About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in managing, growing, and scaling brand social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of major social media platforms and the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimising social media content across multiple platforms while ensuring the company's voice and brand are clearly and consistently communicated. You will track performance metrics, engage with online communities, and support brand awareness and customer loyalty within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across all major platforms
• Create, manage, and optimise social media content to align with brand voice and objectives
• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversions
• Engage with online communities and foster meaningful relationships with followers
• Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
