About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms while creating meaningful content around mental health, rehabilitation, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging, educational, and inspiring content focused on mental health, rehabilitation, and wellness
• Design eye-catching posts and graphics using Canva
• Edit videos and produce impactful reels and shorts
• Plan and execute effective ad campaigns to boost reach and engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media management experience (healthcare or wellness industry experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
• Proven experience creating and managing paid ads on Meta and Google platforms
• Passion for storytelling and mental health advocacy
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement (combination of in-office and remote work)
• Preference given to candidates residing in Kubwa and nearby areas
