Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations and drive the growth and efficiency of our online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth business continuity
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery and fulfillment processes
• Ensure accuracy of product listings across all platforms
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Optimize the online shopping experience for customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage customer service issues
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance website functionality and user experience
• Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to inform business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 6–8+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing teams
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies
