Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, captions, and other multimedia tailored for each platform
  • Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase sales
  • Monitor social media pages, respond to messages, and actively engage with followers
  • Track performance of posts and ads, and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports
  • Collaborate with the team to understand company services and create targeted marketing content
  • Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and industry developments
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
  • Manage customer inquiries from social media and direct them to appropriate channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Content creation skills: graphics design, short videos, reels, photography, or basic video editing
  • Good understanding of digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Basic knowledge of branding and visual design
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret engagement and marketing metrics
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
