## Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

SignalADoc Limited is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and support product adoption for our digital health services, including SignalADoc Chat.

This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, health communication, and data-driven optimization, with the ability to balance creativity and compliance in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with SignalADoc's business and marketing goals
  • Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok as applicable)
  • Identify content pillars that support education, engagement, trust, and conversion

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content including graphics, short videos, carousels, captions, and stories
  • Work with designers, video editors, doctors, and internal teams to produce accurate, compliant health content
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms

Community Management

  • Manage daily engagement including comments, messages, mentions, and reviews
  • Respond to audience questions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
  • Escalate medical or sensitive queries appropriately in line with internal guidelines

Campaign Execution

  • Support awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns for products such as SignalADoc Chat
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams on social ad creatives and messaging
  • Support influencer collaborations and campaign rollouts

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
  • Use insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and audience targeting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
