Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our social presence end-to-end from strategy to storytelling, campaigns to community, and performance to growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute a bold social media strategy aligned with business goals - Be the brand voice across all social platforms - Plan and manage content calendars that drive awareness, engagement & acquisition. - Build and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube & more. - Lead influencer and community-building initiatives - Collaborate with designers, marketers, PR & product teams to deliver standout campaigns - Track KPIs, analyse performance, and turn insights into smarter content - Own paid social campaigns, budgets, targeting & reporting - Stay ahead of trends and create real-time, relevant content Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager - Strong storytelling, copywriting & editing skills (text, image & video) - Hands-on experience with content creation, community building & paid ads - Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, SEO & performance reporting - Experience managing influencers and social campaigns - Leadership mindset with excellent collaboration skills
