Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter) to reverse the current drop in Referred Users. - Produce engaging educational content (videos, threads, blogs) to explain the utility of Virtual Cards and Virtual Accounts. - Create compelling storytelling around the Upwardli partnership to show users how Afriex helps build their credit scores. - Write high-converting copy for social ads and landing pages to fix the "conversion gap". - Design specific reactivation content to bring "power users" back to the platform. - Monitor social sentiment and engage with community members to improve retention and address decline in Returning Users. Success Metrics: - Growth in Referred Users. - Increase in Returning Users. - Social media engagement rate (shares, comments, and saves). - Conversion rate from social traffic to completed Signups. - Increase the number of Referred Users.
