About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Ascentech Services Limited as a Social Media & Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms and creating engaging content to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily posting and content creation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp status
• Design high-quality visuals and promotional content including graphics, banners, stories, and reels
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, visibility, and sales
• Respond to messages and comments promptly
• Monitor trends and suggest innovative ideas to benefit the business, including influencer collaborations and viral content concepts
• Demonstrate proactive organization and strong eye for design and marketing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing business social media accounts
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Photography skills
• Basic video editing experience
