## Title: Social Media & Community Manager II
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You will assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy, create engaging content that showcases in-house activities (studio activities, talent activities, and positive brand projection), and help manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistency and engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Create and edit visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) for social media
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for future content and strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly among media houses locally and internationally
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Manage social media campaigns and promotions
- Stream and repurpose radio content for social media platforms
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media
