SME Marketing Officer at GTI Group

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented marketing professionals to drive growth in our SME segment. As an SME Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and retain small and medium-sized enterprise clients while promoting our comprehensive financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain SME clients
• Drive awareness of SME-focused loan products, savings schemes, and other financial solutions
• Conduct market research to identify SME financing gaps and customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, business associations, and local trade groups
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure conversion into active clients
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure smooth loan processing and monitoring for SME customers
• Organize SME-focused promotional events, business clinics, and capacity-building sessions
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and performance reviews on SME portfolio growth
• Meet assigned targets for client acquisition, deposit mobilization, and loan disbursement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
