Site Nurse at Trucrete Solutions Limited

About the Role

Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Nurse to join our project team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, excellent emergency response skills, and a solid background working on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, emergency response, and basic medical care to site personnel
• Conduct daily health checks, monitor worker wellness, and document medical incidents
• Maintain and manage site clinic facilities, equipment, and medical supplies
• Ensure compliance with HSE and occupational health regulations
• Support HSE team in health-related training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs
• Manage medical reports, injury logs, and health-related documentation
• Coordinate hospital referrals and follow-up care where necessary
• Advise management and workers on preventive healthcare and site-specific health risks

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Nurse, with at least 5 years in the construction industry
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with current license
• Certification in First Aid, Occupational Health, or Emergency Response (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of occupational health guidelines and site medical protocols
• Excellent communication, reporting, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies
