About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to coordinate workers, materials, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Interpret and implement project plans, designs, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders on project progress
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, material usage, and manpower
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and construction standards
• Monitor and manage resources, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage
• Provide technical advice and resolve site-related issues promptly
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure all work is executed within budget and time constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards

Compensation

N80,000 - N100,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
