## Title: Shortlets Operations Manager

Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability

Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
