## Title: Shortlets Operations Manager

About the Role

Swift Consulting is seeking a qualified Shortlets Operations Manager to oversee daily property management functions and drive strategic growth in our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
